Highly attentive breakfast staff provided outstanding service.
The walls between rooms were thin, leading to disturbances at night. We experienced dirty bedding and a lack of replenished items, like water. The lift was out of order for two days, which created accessibility challenges.

We had a sweet as stay! The location was choice, heaps close to all the sights. But breakfast options could've been way better. Still, staff were super friendly!

The triple room was surprisingly clean with fresh linens every day, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing with cold items. I'd definitely come back for that cozy atmosphere.

Family with children really worth it
The staff was super friendly, especially one guy Mustaphe who really knew how to. Room was clean and fresh, we loved the cozy vibes when we came back from sightseeing. The breakfast was so good, like a feast every morning with a lot of selection, I almost didn't want to leave for the day!
It wasn’t the cheapest place around but the quality made it worth the price.

I absolutely loved the breathtaking views from the breakfast area, where I enjoyed a delicious spread every morning featuring traditional Turkish delights! The nearby tram station made it a breeze to explore historical gems like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia—literally just minutes away! And can we talk about the staff? They went above and beyond, bringing us tea and treating us like family, making our stay even more memorable!
